What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects
- Speaker malfunction under normal use
- Power supply issues
- Internal circuit faults
- Bluetooth/connectivity hardware defects
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Physical damage or breakage
- Water/liquid damage
- Burnt products due to voltage fluctuation
- Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
- Unauthorized repairs/modifications
- Normal wear & tear
- Cosmetic damage/scratches
- Accessories damaged due to mishandling
- Damage caused during transportation by customer
Warranty Terms & Conditions
- Warranty is valid only against manufacturing defects.
- Original invoice/bill is mandatory for warranty claims.
- Warranty starts from the date of purchase.
- Products repaired/replaced under warranty do not get extended warranty.
- The company reserves the right to inspect and verify the product before approving claims.
- Warranty is applicable only within India.
- Customer must safely pack products while sending for service.
- Physical or accidental damage voids warranty.
- Final decision regarding repair/replacement rests with Mitsun service team.
Warranty Claim Procedures
Simple 4-Step Warranty Claim Process
Step 1 — Register Complaint
Customer can contact support through:
- Website warranty form
- WhatsApp support
- Customer care number
- Email support
Step 2 — Share Product Details
Customer must provide:
- Product model number
- Invoice copy
- Serial number/product images
- Short description of issue
- Contact details
Step 3 — Verification
Our support team will:
- Verify warranty eligibility
- Diagnose issue remotely if possible
- Provide nearest service center or pickup guidance
Step 4 — Repair / Replacement
- Product gets repaired
- Customer receives status updates from support team
Step 5 – Service & Resolution
- Product received at service center
- Technical inspection and warranty verification
- Repair or Service approval
- Product serviced within 7 working days
- Customer notified upon completion
- Product dispatched or made ready for collection
Note: Transit/shipping time to and from the service center is not included in the 7-working-day service period.
